Booking Terms and Conditions

Down-payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking of the required service. The balance should be paid in advance (4 weeks before).
Group packages should be paid according to our written agreement!

Cancellation Policy

Except for the Bank-costs the down payment is fully refunded in case of cancellation 28 days or more before arrival. From 28 days to 14 days half (50%) of the deposit is kept. Less than 14 days before check-in then 100% of the down payment is kept.
