About this tour

On this day we will drive to the South coast.

Our tour begins through the impressive mountain range of Lefka Ori.

We continue our way driving parallel to the beautiful Imbros gorge.

We reach Frangokastello to see the beautiful and mysterious old Venetian castle.

We will stop at Rodakino beach for swimming before getting to Myrthios village (above Plakias beach – the balcony of Plakias). We’ll get lunch there.

After our lunch, we’ll explore the delightful area, and we’ll drive near to reach the highlight of our trip – the Palm beach of Preveli.

On foot after 15-20 minutes hike down the steps. Preveli beach is rightly the most romantic, the most idyllic beach on our island.

We stay there for approximately 2.5 hours and you have enough time to enjoy splendid swimming in the Libyan Sea, sunbathe and relax as well as to undertake an adventurous walk through the tropical palm-tree forest.

There is also the possibility to get the boat from Plakias to Preveli and vice versa.

Drive back to your accommodation through Kourtaliotiko gorge.
